Quashawna Watkins is an Advanced Practice Nurse with over 12 years' experience in various specialties. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Winston Salem State University in 2013. Graduated from East Carolina University achieving her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with concentration in Adult-Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist in 2018. Throughout her practice Quashawna has served patients in the areas of oncology, critical care, orthopedics, mental health, cardiology, neurology, emergency medicine, and home health. She also worked training the next generation of nurses as a professor at Bryant & Stratton College for three years.

In 2020, Quashawna began her journey to find natural infection-prevention and wellness options at the request of her patients looking for alternatives to modern medicine. During this time, she observed the practices and policies that were in place within the health care system and desired to bridge the gap between the wisdom of nature and modern science.

Her goals as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist are to improve quality of life, reduce the burden of chronic diseases on clients, educate clients on alternative and complimentary treatments to improve health, and empower clients to set and achieve health related goals
